Tasks
We’re looking for a Freight Allrounder Documentation (m/f/diverse) to join our team and support us with the following tasks:
- Handling general administrative and documentation tasks, along with occasional hands-on operational support
- Confident use of modern IT systems and active involvement in optimizing and implementing efficient processes
- Analyzing operational data and carefully preparing results for reporting
- Performing standard accounting and administrative activities within the department
Requirements
What you bring with you:
- Strong team spirit and enjoyment of open, cooperative collaboration
- Customer-oriented mindset and a natural willingness to provide excellent service
- Secondary school leaving certificate and completed vocational training, or equivalent professional experience
- Confident use of modern software and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Office 365)
- Structured, results-oriented approach and excellent organizational skills
- Motivation to use and further develop your foreign language skills (especially English)
- Willingness to work in shifts
