In this role, you’ll play a vital part in linking people, families and industries across the country, bringing professionalism, care and confidence to every flight while contributing to the essential network that keeps Australia moving.

To be successful, you’ll also need to meet the following minimum criteria to operate within the unique aircraft environment:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Customer-facing experience (hospitality, retail or similar)
- Minimum reach of 212cm from the ground (fingertips must reach past 212cm, with both hands at the same time and barefoot)
- Maximum height: Dash8 – 183cm, A220 – 186cm
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship/permanent residency with unlimited working rights
- Hold a passport with 6 months validity at time of offer
- Current First Aid Certificate completed within the last 12 months (or be willing to obtain at short notice)
- Current CPR accreditation (or be willing to obtain at short notice) – the CPR component is only valid for 12 months and a refresher course must be completed if expired
- Responsible Service of Alcohol 'Statement of Attainment' from a Nationally Accredited Provider, which you would need to have by the end of the recruitment process (or be willing to obtain at short notice)
- An excellent level of health and fitness, including the ability to swim 50 metres fully clothed and tread water for 3 minutes unassisted
- Ability to successfully complete a Pre-Employment Medical
- Please note - the role is based in Melbourne, Australia. You must be willing to work from this location and safely arrive at work within 2 Hours. Travel to work will be at your own expense.
