We’re continually evolving, which means real opportunities for development, impact and collaboration as we work together to deliver for our customers.
The Successful Candidate Will Have

- Detailed understanding of the Trax Maintenance System and proficiency with the Trax Planning module
- Experience using the Amadeus Schedule Recovery (COMPASS) flight scheduling system
- Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- High attention to detail, accuracy and strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple scenarios, problem‑solve and make decisions in a dynamic operational environment
- Ability to collate and analyse data relevant to aircraft maintenance and operational planning
- Proven communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills (particularly verbal communication)
- Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across Engineering, Operations Control, Scheduling, Materials & Logistics and AMOs
- Commitment to teamwork, a collaborative approach and contributing to a stable maintenance plan
- Capability to support and drive change, continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Ability to learn and grow alongside Maintenance Watch Engineers, Airworthiness Planning and Regional Operations teams
- A drive to fully understand the role, take initiative and continually seek ways to improve processes
- A strong commitment to ensuring ongoing fleet compliance, airworthiness and safe operational outcomes for the Dash‑8 and A220 fleet
