Your role is essential to deliver our commercial strategy by guiding the team towards expanding our partnership ecosystem and securing the growth ambition of Finnair Plus. We are now looking for a HEAD OF PARTNERSHIPS, FINNAIR PLUS to lead a dedicated team responsible for identifying, negotiating, onboarding, and managing loyalty partnerships across consumer facing industries. You will own the end-to-end performance of partnerships – operational, commercial, and financial – and play a key role in growing profitable partnership revenue while strengthening engagement among Finnair Plus members. The position is based in Finland and includes occasional travel. In this role you will: Lead and inspire a high-performing team culture grounded in Finnair’s values and leadership principles. Identify, negotiate, and onboard new loyalty partnerships, including creation of business cases and target-setting. Manage the full lifecycle of existing partnerships, ensuring operational, commercial, and financial performance. Develop Finnair Plus partnership business models, principles, processes, and tools, including collaboration within the Avios ecosystem. Lead cooperation with internal stakeholders to ensure customer and business value delivery. Contribute to or lead relevant projects and ensure timely delivery. Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Our expectations: Proven ability to inspire, lead, and develop high-performing teams. Strong commercial acumen and sales mindset. Experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or similar roles. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with ability to conduct independent financial analysis. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in stakeholder and project management. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Finnish is considered an asset. Master’s degree in a relevant field. Minimum 7–8 years of commercial, sales, or business development leadership experience.
