Join the Business Resolution Management team and support our mission to maintain accurate and compliant material and part data.
Your main responsibilities:
- Proactively follow up with suppliers on outstanding material composition requests to ensure data completeness for product compliance.'
- Chase suppliers for basic export information (e.g., origin, classification) required for the creation of new part numbers in our system.
- Maintain detailed tracking and reporting of all open supplier cases and data acquisition efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to map out current data processes and identify areas for efficiency improvement and standardization.
- Research and propose potential automation solutions for recurring data collection and follow-up tasks.
How you will contribute to the team
We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven student with a problem-solving and analytical mindset. You should be comfortable taking ownership of follow-up tasks and be persistent in acquiring necessary data from external parties. A strong process-oriented approach is key, as you will be actively collaborating on process mapping and identifying opportunities for automation. We value professional qualities such as attention to detail, a proactive work ethic, and the curiosity to challenge the status quo to find smarter ways of working.
