Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team. This role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining electrical/software solutions for aerospace systems, ensuring they meet stringent safety, performance, and reliability standards. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical system expertise, a background in aerospace or embedded systems, and experience working within regulatory and quality frameworks such AS9100.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement new products and testing equipment and procedures for aerospace systems.
- Improve existing testing and equipment implementation.
- Collaborate with systems engineers, hardware engineers, and project managers to define requirements and electrical/software architecture.
- Perform rigorous unit testing, integration testing, and system-level verification.
- Support certification efforts through documentation, ATP’s, traceability, and compliance audits.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing electrical designs and software for performance and reliability.
- Participate in design reviews, peer code reviews, and technical presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Science, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Electrical test development, preferably in aerospace or embedded systems.

- Great problem-solving skills, with ability to find and apply technical solutions to designs and projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

- Experience creating test programs using LabView in a working environment.

- Adaptation to new technologies and procedures
- Trouble shoot circuit assembly failures to component level
- Troubleshoot and repair of production assemblies and customer returns using bench power supplies, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes.
