Primary Responsibilities:
- Own and drive category strategy by developing and executing category roadmaps that ensure a reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable supply base aligned with business priorities.
- Act as a strategic business partner to internal stakeholders, translating business, technical, and legal requirements into sourcing and contracting strategies, and presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, converting category priorities into robust supplier pipelines while balancing cost, service levels, and risk.
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract development, including pricing, service levels, renewals, and change management, to maximize value and ensure compliance with procurement standards.
- Drive supplier performance and risk management, overseeing supplier management programs, performance reviews, and continuous improvement plans to support long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial role
- Proven background in airline or aviation procurement, supporting operations
- Strong experience managing ground handling, airport, and aviation-related contracts, including government or regulatory agreements
- Demonstrated expertise in category strategy, sourcing, negotiations, and contract management
- Solid understanding of airport and ground handling operations, with the ability to translate operational needs into commercial outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Procurement, Economics, Engineering, or a related field

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
