What you’ll be doing
Be the friendly first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related topics
Support new joiners throughout their journey — from offer letter to their first day (and beyond)
Keep our HR systems running smoothly and ensure data accuracy and quality
Support international teams with onboarding, mobility and day-to-day HR processes
Create HR letters, reports and documents that truly make people’s lives easier
Get involved in HR projects and help continuously improve the way we work
What you bring with you
A degree in HR, Management or a related area — or hands-on experience that proves your skills
Fluent Italian and English (mandatory)
Strong communication skills — clear, confident and approachable
A detail-oriented mindset and a natural ability to bring structure where it’s needed
Enjoyment in working with people from different cultures and backgrounds
An adaptable, proactive and solution-oriented attitude
Confidence using Excel, Word and Outlook
Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or other HR platforms is a big plus

Thales Business Support Services (TBSS) acts as a Shared Service Center for Thales Group by serving a number of countries for various key tasks associated to finance and accounting processes. This business support services center of excellence drives innovation within our internal business processes, cutting through complexity and supporting our external leadership in digitalization.
Key Responsibilities
Validate and process employee expense claims in line with Thales Travel & Expenses policy and defined deadlines
Analyse expense claims and perform compliance and accuracy checks across multiple operating units
Manage employee and end-user expense-related queries via email and ticketing systems, ensuring high-quality customer service
Monitor and maintain prepayments and debit balances at acceptable levels
Support month-end closing activities, reporting, corporate card reconciliation, and internal/external audits
Competencies & Profile
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset
Team player with the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks
Adaptable and flexible, comfortable working in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, able to work with different cultures and stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
