Role Responsibility
- Working with managers to understand their training requirements
- Developing engaging and innovative learning content
- Delivering your own, and centrally developed content to teams
- Coaching managers to deliver their own training sessions
- Supporting the major events teams during peak periods
- Creating and maintaining a comprehensive onboarding experience for all new starters
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven training delivery experience in an airline environment, ideally supporting a high-end operation
- An engaging and creative presenter with the ability to make learning fun
- Highly organized and have brilliant time management skills able to multi-task and prioritize an ever-changing workload.
- Great people and communication skills, able to build strong working relationships within the, hiring community and with external candidates and customers
- Able to travel internationally for approximately one week per month
Educational Qualification
Graduate from a recognized university
