Job Overview
The position of Executive - Crew Services is responsible for managing all administrative matters regarding flight crew, including but not limited to AEP, Crew Logistics, ForEx, Uniform and Visa. This position shall report to the Manager – Crew Engagement & Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Extracting crew data from ARMS pertinent to AEP and ensuring statutory compliances are met for the issue of fresh AEPs and/or renewals across flight crew bases, pan India
- Communication and coordination between Security – AEP Cells pan India and flight crew for AEP collection and/or surrender
- Communication and coordination between internal stakeholders and flight crew for CMC cards
- Responsible for crew uniform STO (Stock Transfer Order) of the new join flight crew
- Conducting the Planning, Engagement & Services (PES) orientation at crew induction programs
- Assist crew with ForEx, travel authorization letters, visa, post-travel reports, and reimbursements
- Monitor crew grievances and provide timely resolutions
- Manage the end-to-end crew engagement process, specifically impacting pilot experience
- Drive internal feedback mechanisms to strengthen and improve existing processes and guidelines
- Understand the crew administration manual and handle queries regarding the same
- In charge of maintaining and updating personnel files with documentation strictly pertinent to Flight Operations
- Other pertinent duties assigned by the reporting manager and/or HOD
