Tasks
The Administrative Agent is responsible for:
- Performs general administration and secretarial duties
- Supports Manager, Team and Project groups
- Prepares presentations
- Handles all travel related needs
- Plans and organizes meetings
- Updates and maintains employee secure access cards
- Administers time cards
- Establishes, maintains and evaluates statistical data
- Manages systems access and governor
- Controls training needs
- Keeps Training records
- Manages badge needs and appointments
- Controls and manages IT and IM related services and requests
- Checks supplier´s invoice, approve supplier´s invoice for payment
- Interaction with our 3rd party vendor will be part of the role of this position
* Takeover of additional tasks when required
Requirements
Are you ready to Take-off with us? Know more about the requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree desirable
- 2 - 3 years in previous administrative roles
- Experience in airfreight handling and operations is preferred
- Fluency in English required
- General Administrative Tasks and organizational skills required
- MS Office Platform software as user
- Hybrid Model (Remotely & on-site)
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
