Passenger Services Manager – Sofia Airport
Swissport Bulgaria is looking for a dynamic and motivated Passenger Services Manager to lead our team at Sofia Airport.

We are currently expanding our Passenger Services Department and are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Passenger Services team to deliver high-quality and efficient service.
- Manage and oversee the Passenger Services Department, ensuring market-oriented, high-quality, and cost-effective service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airline clients, airport authorities, and employees.
- Ensure service quality and customer service standards are met, continuously improving processes to remain competitive.
- Drive operational excellence and ensure full compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate and oversee employee training and performance evaluations.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and process optimization.
- Prepare and submit departmental activity reports as required by the Station Manager.
- Maintain effective and efficient communication with employees, other department managers, and company management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience (aviation experience is an advantage).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Higher education; a degree in aviation or business is considered an advantage.
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively respond to emerging issues and conflicts.
