Roles And Responsibility

Demonstrates "Lean-Agile Leadership"
Enables high-performance effective operation of Agile teams to make them:
Self-organized
Self-managed
Deliver via effective Lean-Agile practices
Facilitates the team's progress toward team goals by eliminating impediments
Can communicate and coordinate activities of the agile team with other teams
Facilitates the Agile ceremonials:
Sprint planning,
Program Iteration planning
Daily standup
Iteration retrospective
Clear communication and status reporting to the management
Manage Agile KPIs such as:
Product backlog burndown chart
Sprint burn-up charts
Release burndown chart
Team velocity etc...
Capture learnings and ensure knowledge management
Create Design Dossiers for the application and code, if necessary
