We’re searching for a driven and professional Executive Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you’ll support our Managing Director, partner closely with our HR Director, and take ownership of the administrative operations that keep our organisation performing at its best.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
As the Executive Support Officer, you’ll have the autonomy to shape systems and processes, support business initiatives, and elevate the experience of everyone who interacts with our organisation.
This role is ideal for someone who loves variety, ownership of their role, and the satisfaction of enabling others to succeed.
Executive Support
- Manage the Managing Director’s complex calendar
- Coordinate Senior Management Meetings and Regional Leadership Meetings
- Draft polished correspondence, announcements, and presentations
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Handle sensitive information confidentially
Business Support & Office Operations
- Oversee all administrative and reception functions
- Coordinate events, meetings, conferences, and training
- Manage expenses, purchase orders, and invoicing
- Build strong internal relationships and support a positive team culture
- Maintain workplace standards, meeting rooms, and 5S requirements
- Provide general admin support across departments
- Act as back-up for payroll and other admin duties
- Be the face of the business—welcome visitors, manage calls, and handle daily mail
Travel Management
- Arrange domestic and international travel for the business
- Create detailed itineraries and support last-minute changes
- Liaise with travel suppliers to ensure value, quality, and efficiency
Key Experience & Skills
- Qualifications in business administration
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in executive or business support
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Experience with travel bookings, expenses, and document formatting
- Excellent English communication skills
