Aufgaben
As an Employee Experience Manager, I am helping to deliver exceptional experiences across the employee lifecycle. I focus on the Experience stream – owning key programs that shape how employees connect with our culture and engage with the company at every stage of their journey.
- I own and continuously improve high-impact employee experiences such as Welcome Days
- I map employee journey touchpoints, identify friction areas, and propose solutions together with our HR Business Partners
- I track and report on experience quality through lifecycle feedback and surveys
- I shape our employer brand together with our Talent Acquisition and Communications team and in alignment with Lufthansa Group, highlighting the employee experience and our unique company identity
- I innovate and manage the People Operations communication campaigns that ensure our people get the most out of their benefits and development opportunities
- I demonstrate strong in-office experience to effectively manage and coordinate external service providers
- At least 3 years of experience in Employee Experience, culture management or transformation roles
- Knowledge of Change Management Principles
- Strong organizational and program management skills
- Very good facilitation and communication skills towards cross-functional and multicultural teams and stakeholders
- Drive and ambition to shape a new role in a highly dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German an asset
- Data literacy – able to track, analyze, and report on experience-related KPIs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile People Ops environment
