This internship plan is designed to provide the Supply Chain intern with a structured, practical learning experience that clearly defines what they are expected to do and what they will gain in return. The objective of education is to build foundational capability across core supply chain functions procurement and sourcing support, order-to-delivery tracking, supplier communication, and data/reporting discipline while reinforcing professionalism, quality, and compliance with internal processes. Throughout the internship, the student will be expected to learn and apply standard workflows (e.g., request intake, RFQ support, documentation, and status follow-ups), maintain accurate records, contribute to weekly report, and participate in real team meetings to understand stakeholder roles and decision making. By the end of the internship, the intern should be able to explain the end-to-end Procurement cycle, demonstrate measurable improvement in analytical and communication skills, deliver a small capstone output (such as a process map, supplier comparison, or cycle-time improvement idea), and leave with a clear understanding of how Procurement operates in a professional environment and what career paths and competencies they can pursue next.
