• Knowledge and understanding of aircraft maintenance programs, ATL, MEL, JIC, AD, EO and their use.
• Good knowledge of civil aviation regulations, including EASA Part M and Part 145.
• Good understanding of, or actual work experience within, aircraft maintenance facilities and production processes (P-145).
• Proven experience in identifying and developing continuous business improvements.
• Education or solid knowledge of regulative aircraft maintenance planning related to ETOPS, CDCCL, Critical Tasks, and Human Factors (HF).
• Education and/or experience with AMOS and other supported maintenance/operational surveillance systems.
• Experience of the aircraft operated by SAS, ideally at Gen Fam level.
• Computer proficiency in general, and in MS Office in particular.
• Excellent communication skills in English, and preferably in at least one Scandinavian language.
• Preferably experience of aircraft operation in relation to aircraft maintenance.
• Preferably previous experience in heavy aircraft line maintenance planning.
