Tasks
Our newly created Transformation Hub supports the Commercial Customer Offer environment in proactively navigating change and driving efficiency. As part of our community, you’ll gain unique exposure to the heart of the airline commercial business, while applying hands-on transformation initiatives:
- Support the development of change management and communication concepts for ongoing transformation initiatives
- Prepare templates, presentations, visuals, and short video materials for internal communication
- Assist in organizing and delivering workshops, trainings, collaboration initiatives, and roadshows
- Contribute to documentation and user-facing materials related to various transformation activities
- Bring in creative ideas on how to engage users in technical and analytical project environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. business analysts, data scientists, system users) across multiple LHG locations
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of creativity, people, and technical topics - someone eager to explore how change becomes reality!
- Ongoing or recently completed studies in Economics, Business, Applied Sciences, Innovation Management, Digital Transformation, or similar
- Strong creative mindset paired with a structured and reliable working style
- Passion for communication, people-oriented work, and change management topics
- Affinity for technical environments and curiosity to collaborate with analytical teams
- Confident communication skills and openness to work with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms, OneNote, Excel etc.); basic skills in video editing tools
- Interest in aviation is a big plus, motivation to discover it is also sufficient
- Fluent English language skills (written & spoken), German is a plus
