Jr. Fuel Inventory Analyst - SAP (Project Based).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Requests from suppliers/vendors the needed delivery receipts and invoices to process payment.
- Validate transactions based on the following available resources
- Delivery receipts from Pilots (Flight Operations)
- Invoice received from supplier
- AIMS and/or SAP (vendor account)
- Performs SAP postings of all fuel receipt from supplier per location/airport accurately (fuel price and volume delivered to aircraft)
- Prepares the Purchase Order (PO) for all Jet A‐1 transactions in SAP.
- Computes the Fuel Price (based on applicable MOPS) per supplier, peso (PHP) or US Dollar (USD) rate which will be used in the Purchase Order (PO) creation.
- Daily collections of Delivery Receipts from the fuel receipt box
Basic Qualifications:
- Graduate of four (4) year course, preferably Accounting or Business Management related course
- Computer-related training is an advantage
- Knowledge in SAP process and Microsoft excel
