The Mirabel plant is dedicated to the manufacturing of major components for landing gear for Airbus A320, A330, and A350 models, as well as the Boeing 787. It features state-of-the-art equipment for machining, polishing, and special processes, including heat treatment, shot peening, and surface treatments.
Job Description
The Industrial Security Manager is responsible for mastering, deploying, supporting, and maintaining Safran's security management and risk management processes to reduce the site's exposure to security threats and industrial risks. Additionally, they are responsible for improving the associated performance. They are the primary contact on site regarding this subject, advising the management team, coordinating, and supporting the necessary training in their area of activity. They also ensure compliance with applicable local regulations.
Responsibilities
- Master the Safran and regulatory requirements surrounding industrial security and risk management
- Deploy processes by making them dynamic and understood by staff through:
- writing procedures
- training and supporting staff
- Coordinate and control measures, organizational, human, and technical resources
- Maintain communication links with Safran, SLS, site personnel, and local authorities
- Establish and monitor budgets and investments
- Establish and update the site's risk mapping
- Provide methodological support to:
- risk owners in establishing and updating their mapping that feeds into the site's mapping
- business continuity plan managers
- Monitor performance indicators and provide associated reporting
- Crisis management:
- Ensure the methodology is upheld
- Facilitate crisis management simulations
- Audit processes and improve performance (in continuous improvement mode)
- Conduct risk analyses on processes and take actions to reduce their significance
- Be the site contact for SLS insurance managers
- Responsible for the team of security agents and the reception process
- Manage and conduct investigations following security incidents to identify causes and implement corrective actions
- Replace our camera surveillance (CCTV) and access control systems (badges and barriers)

Work Experience And Academic Background
- 5 years of relevant experience in security management in an industrial environment
- DEC or university degree in a field relevant to the position
- An asset: license from the Bureau de la sécurité privée, diploma in police techniques, CPP (Certified Protection Professional), APP (Associate Protection Professional), college certificate "Manager in Private Security", etc.
