- You will be involved in general personnel administration (creating references, agreements, confirmations, monitoring absences, etc.)
- You maintain and manage master data in the SAP system
- You support the creation of reports and presentations on various HR topics
- You take minutes of meetings and important discussions
- You support the administration and operational implementation of Employee Life Cycle and Comp&Ben topics and contribute to the implementation of digitization projects in the HR area
- You are flexible and open to new tasks and lend a hand wherever support is needed
- You are enrolled in business administration, HR management or a comparable degree program for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be included with the application)
- You are interested in HR and enjoy working with people
- You have a solution-oriented and business-oriented way of thinking and working
- You work in a structured, precise and proactive manner and have an eye for detail
- You are a team player and communicative
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
- You use the MS Office programs very well
- You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
