Tasks
- You prepare and conduct knowledge type and basic trainings
- You develop and create examination questions
- You prepare and take examinations
- You are responsible for development and update of course material
- You organize and prepare training courses, classroom and equipment
- You optimize, develop and create training media and methods
Requirements
- Completion of a higher technical college, technical vocational training or relevant Part-66 Basic Module
- High level of communication skills and eagerness to share knowledge
- High level of social skills (especially conflict resolution skills)
- Enthusiasm and ability to motivate others
- Ability and willingness to work with others (ability to work in a team)
- Good written and oral communication skills in German and English
- Assertiveness and persuasiveness
- Willingness to travel on business
- Unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market.
