Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience related to Human Resources, preferably Talent Acquisition.
- Full cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, prescreening, and presenting candidates.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems/tools (e.g., BrassRing, Taleo, iCims, SuccessFactors).
- Strong skills in preparing and negotiating employment offers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and delivering top-tier talent to critical programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with hiring leaders, HR Business Partners, and teams to develop and execute tailored recruiting strategies.
- Proactively sourcing and engaging highly skilled candidates nationwide using innovative tools, events, and networks.
- Guiding hiring teams through candidate evaluation, selection, and offer decisions.
- Negotiating competitive offers and highlighting Lockheed Martin’s career paths, benefits, and culture.
- Ensuring compliance with hiring policies and processes through our applicant tracking system.

Desired Skills
- Experience recruiting for technical positions (e.g., engineers, cleared talent, etc.) in a corporate environment.
- Experience recruiting candidates with government security clearances.
- Experience using external sourcing boards and vendors, attracting passive candidates, and selling opportunities.
- Data analytics experience including advanced Excel applications, Tableau, and key workforce metrics.
- Previous experience using labor market data and information to guide and influence stakeholders.
- Skilled in the strategic use of AI to enhance sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruiting efficiency.
