- Architecture Decision-Making (Cost, Performance, Security Trade-offs) – 7+ years
- Stakeholder Management & Client-Facing Communication – 7+ years
- Technical Leadership & Mentorship of Engineering Teams – 7+ years
Nice to have skills
- Prior Hands-on AWS Implementation Experience – 5+ years
- AWS Security & Compliance Frameworks (Well-Architected, IAM, etc.) – 5+ years

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AWS architecture design for scalable, secure, and high-availability solutions.
- Drive architecture decisions, including cost optimization, performance tuning, and security considerations.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust cloud solutions.
- Conduct architecture and design reviews to ensure alignment with best practices and governance standards.
- Produce structured solution design documents, diagrams, and architecture roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams implementing the solutions.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and cloud governance frameworks.
- Present and communicate architectural strategies to clients and senior stakeholders.
