📢 We’re looking for our next CARGO OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR to join the CARGO team based in Brussels, Belgium. LATAM Cargo Operational Supervisor (SV) is responsible for ensuring operational results in terms of Safety and security, service, quality, optimization (costs, assets and processes) and sustainability, according to the Department ́s yearly goals and standards.

🚀 There is no routine here, every day brings a new challenge. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining local contact with the Service Provider / Ground Handling Agent (GHA) at an operational level.
- Ensuring that all relevant knowledge (standards, processes, etc.) is properly transferred, and that all operations are carried out according to defined procedures.
- Ensuring that all interactions and communications within the stakeholders involved in the operational flow are carried out as needed.
- Being responsible for ensuring compliance with the safety and security standards defined or adopted by the company in the warehouse.
🎯 What do you need to take off in this role?
- Bachelor degrees in areas such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or alike are preferable.
- It is essential that you have your European Passport.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles is required.
- Strong command of [Specific Technical or Knowledge Areas] is a must—you’ll be a step ahead if you already master them!
- Knowledge in Croamis is a plus.
- We need you to have an intermediate to advanced level of English. If you’ve made it this far, we’re clearly headed in the same direction!
