Key Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership
Drive and exceed assigned corporate revenue targets, with strong focus on IndiGo Stretch on all three range – Domestic, Regional International and Long-haul international routes.
Corporate Account Management
Manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate accounts, MNCs, and TMCs, increasing share of wallet through Stretch/Business and international network selling.
Premium & International Business Development
Identify high-value corporates with frequent international and premium travel requirements, and convert them through tailored corporate programs and value propositions.
Stretch Class Selling & Upsell
Actively promote Business Class benefits—comfort, flexibility, network connectivity, loyalty programs, and service differentiation—to drive higher yield and premium mix.
Corporate Contracting & Negotiation
Lead corporate agreements and international contracts, ensuring alignment with yield objectives, fair share route penetration and business cabin strategy.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy
Track competitor activity, premium cabin benchmarks, international pricing trends, and corporate travel behavior to recommend sales and pricing strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales Support, MIS , and Operations to optimize premium inventory, international route performance, and corporate satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring & MIS
Review corporate, international, and Stretch performance through regular MIS, identifying opportunities to improve load factors, yields, and account contribution.
Customer Experience & Retention
Serve as the primary contact for key corporate clients, ensuring seamless handling of premium service delivery, escalations, and post-sales support.
Sales Governance & Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to sales policies, product guidelines, and reporting standards.
Experience Required : 5 - 7 Years
Highest Education : Graduate/Post Graduate
