About the Role
We are looking for a motivated student or recent graduate to join our Software Test team in Gorgonzola with an internship focuses on the software automatic testing.
You will take part also in the software qualification of our new Navigation Aids System products.
You will be accountable for the definition of the software testing strategies and procedures in according to software and system architectures, in compliance with our rigorous aerospace standards but also tailored to our challenging schedules.
Your Profile
- Currently completing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Solid understanding of:
- Automated scripting languages (e.g. Python).
- Serial and Ethernet communication protocols.
- PC OS, Windows and Linux, usage and (Ethernet) configurations.
- SW requirements of the products.
- Test environment setup, design and test results collection.
- Discover (investigating the availability on the market) or develop custom tools to help the testing activities.
Nice to Have
- familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment environments and automated server configuration (e.g. Jenkins, Bamboo) familiarity with software and firmware code programming languages: e.g. C, C++.
- proficient in inter-disciplinary systems (hardware-software-mechanical).
