Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Project Management Specialist (Level 3 or Level 4) to join the Quality Functional Chief Engineer Office in Seattle, Washington or Everett, Washington.
This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior quality leadership and play a key part in driving technical development and excellence across our organization.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage program administration and participant lifecycle for Technical Fellowship and BDE programs (nominations, selection, onboarding, utilization tracking, recognition/benefits)
Create and maintain program content and communications, including guides, application workflows, InSite pages, and Smartsheet forms
Launch and maintain online platforms, databases, and reporting (e.g., NDT Tableau) to monitor program health and outcomes
Oversee Technical Leadership Experts (TLEs) across Business Units and support Technical Talent Reviews, gap analysis, and succession planning.
Design and deliver professional development and engagement activities (Lunch & Learns, panels, knowledge-sharing sessions, showcases, All‑Teams)
Implement pipeline, mentoring, and integration strategies to develop critical technical skills and embed Fellows/BDEs into key engineering initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders to support enterprise engineering initiatives and workforce integration
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience with project management
5+ years of experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross functional environment
3+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives
3+ years of experience in developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership
3+ years of experience aerospace manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing support
3+ years of experience supporting Quality and/or Engineering teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Level 4: 8+ years of proven project management experience with a strong emphasis on implementing technical development strategies and driving programs from initiation through successful completion
Identify critical paths, prioritize tasks, and develop clear, actionable plans to launch and sustain initiatives in complex environments
Communicate effectively and manage stakeholders across business units and senior leadership; align technical development with organizational objectives and navigate cross-functional dynamics
Excellent verbal and written communication; convey complex information clearly and build strong relationships at all organizational levels

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Level 3 Summary pay range: $95,700-$103,400
Level 4 Summary pay range: $118,320-$127,840
