Senior Executive, Engineering System Support

Position Summary
Support business needs of the organization through delivering IT enabled functionality and performance. To initiate, plan, manage and coordinate IT hardware support, system integration and electronic systems for all the departments within the organization in its scope of work, in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
Key Accountabilities
- To establish, manage, and be accountable for System and Support Department.
- Ensure IT Support and minimum system integration interruptions for operational areas through effective coordination with Help Desk and Technical Support Personnel from Corporate IT.
- Assist business in provide report or data extraction from the available system.
- Liaise, discuss on technical matters with internal stakeholders (such as Group IT), vendors, airlines, airworthiness authority, overhaul agency, and other departments regarding your assigned responsibility.
- Responsible to undertake the necessary corrective and preventive action resulting from the quality compliance monitoring and audit program in the section.
- To carry out other tasks/assignments as directed by the superior relevant to the section.
- Involve in system development and enhancement or change request for in house system or requirement gathering for other system.
- Explore new opportunity pertaining to latest technology, IT services or resources.
- Whenever is required, on behalf of Head of IT, act as liaison to plan, manage and coordinate any IT related matters with customers and vendors and other parties.
- Manage user access for in-house system. Ensure to perform ID review once in a year.
- Enhance methodologies to control and manage data continuously
Qualifications
- Degree (Computer Science / Information Technology / Software / Engineering) from recognized higher institutions or its equivalent with at least 3 years working experience
Personality Traits
- Knowledge in Aircraft Maintenance Operation System example : AMOS
- Takes responsibility for system availability, support effectiveness, and compliance outcomes
- handles system issues and operational disruptions effectively
- Works well with internal teams, Group IT, vendors, regulators, and business users
