Quality Control Inspector Aircraft Services (Aircraft Interior Cleaning)

Position Summary

Responsible to perform quality control checks for MH & customer airlines (FOCA), oversee and monitor the overall function of aircraft interior cleaning and management of C23 store which include planning and control of the operations to achieve strategic objectives mainly on-time performance, cabin cleanliness and sufficient daily supplies of linens and toiletries and cabin items.

Key Accountabilities

To perform quality control checks for MH and FOCA flights and the overall management of C23 store in ensuring all AIC activities meet the required standards (SLA) in terms of cabin and toilet cleanliness, availability of equipments, dressing requirements, on time performance, sufficient stock availability, etc.
Ensure the completion and execution of aircraft interior cleaning activities while coordinating instruction to AIC vendors / service providers and other related units / departments and monitoring vendor’s performance (number of staff, productivity, discipline, OTP etc) to ensure compliance to the agreed SLA & SOP.
Manage operational manpower resources , complaints, delay reports, daily delay summary reports, evaluate on-site problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective actions and follow up on its effectiveness and to verify, certify billing from AIC appointed service providers / vendors.
To monitor and ensure that AIC activities is carried out in accordance to health, safety and security requirements, imposed by AeroDarat Services Sdn Bhd, airlines and regulatory authorities.
To conduct operational briefing to AIC vendors and perform periodic checks on AIC wastes, MH blankets around KLIA tarmac, apron and PLB area.
