Basic Qualifications
- Supply Chain experience within the Aerospace industry required
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
- Experience in procurement principles and supply chain management

Desired Skills
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college
- 10+ years of experience
- Experience with Engineering Change Notices / Change Requests
- Experience with Competitions and Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) Proposals
- Experience as a mentor or leader with advanced communications skills
- Experience collaborating and communicating cross-functionally, building consensus and shaping/influencing opinion
- Strong organizational and time management
skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet
deadlines
