The
Ground Operations Performance Manager, responsible for designing, standardizing, and implementing ground operations processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational consistency across the network, centralized communication, and continuous oversight through the CCA. This role aligns operations with the company’s strategic objectives and strengthens station autonomy.
Main Responsibilities
- Define, document, centralize, and validate operational standards and procedure communications, ensuring traceability, regulatory compliance (IOSA/IGOM), and consistency across the entire airport network.
- Oversee and coordinate with the CCA the 24/7 monitoring of the airport network, anticipating deviations and ensuring operational continuity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and support areas (Technical Training, Safety & Quality, Business & Transformation, CX, Commercial, OTP, CCV, Operations Engineering, Publications, and Flight Operations), ensuring processes are aligned, supported by training, risk control, financial efficiency, and operational consistency across the network.
- Support and validate operational improvement projects and pilot tests, ensuring they are implemented under standardized processes, aligned with regulations, and with measurable impact on efficiency and operational consistency.
- Monitor operational compliance indicators and propose corrective actions when deviations are identified.
Required Knowledge And Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Operations, or related field.
- Intermediate – Advanced English level (C1).
- 3 to 6 years of experience in process management and standardization, with knowledge of local and international aeronautical regulations.
- Intermediate – Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation tools.
