Basic Qualifications
- Experience in any area of event and meeting production.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, executive leaders both in and outside of the communications function.
- Motivated self-starter who performs independently and works effectively under competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Ability to collect and interpret metrics to inform future event plans and strategies.
- Degree in Event Management, Public Relations, Business Communications, Journalism, English or related field.
- Ability to travel
Job Description
A rare opportunity to join a high-performing protocol & events team that support marquis corporate events including the annual internal awards ceremony, the Executive and Senior Leadership Meetings and high-level international and domestic customer meetings.
- Contribute to planning for all events including event strategy and vision.
- Execute logistics plans for high profile events including transportation, catering, space-use, audio-visual and other onsite requirements.
- Develop processes for the team including registration and survey sites.
- Manage vendor relationships and initiate payments.
- Provide drafts for invite letters, programs, event scripts and executive readaheads.
- Design print and digital assets for events.
- Maintain file system ensuring materials are archived in logical ways that are easily accessible for future planning and reference.
- Assist CEO/COO communications team with logistics.
Desired Skills
- Experience managing budgets

- Experience with protocol for international dignitaries
