The
Product Manager will be responsible for leading the vision, goal alignment, and value proposition of the products under their responsibility. They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand, define, and prioritize their needs, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business objectives. The Product Lead will be the primary owner of communicating the vision, identifying pain points, and ensuring smooth product execution from planning through final delivery.
They will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of each initiative, maintaining detailed oversight of processes, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and meeting established timelines. In addition, they will be responsible for measuring the return on investment (ROI) of each initiative, ensuring that the proposed solutions generate tangible value for the airline.
Your Deliverables Will Include
- Define and communicate the product vision, ensuring it is clearly aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and understood by all teams.
- Manage and prioritize the product roadmap to maximize business value while addressing user needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the product meets their expectations.
- Optimize digital experience by delivering fast, responsive products seamlessly integrated with Viva’s systems and focused on passenger needs.
- Use data, analytics, user research, surveys, and usability testing to drive continuous product improvement.
- Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary internal and external teams to deliver high-quality products on time and aligned with business goals.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree or Engineering completed.
- Advanced English proficiency and availability to travel.
- Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience as a Product Lead.
- Experience with digital products, Scrum methodologies, and tools such as Jira, Figma, Trello, Asana, and Monday.
- Skills: Customer focus, communication, negotiation, resilience, and adaptability to change and challenges.
