The
Digital PMO will be responsible of ensure the timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery of strategic projects through the implementation and management of planning, control, and monitoring processes. The role aims to ensure that teams meet established objectives in terms of time, cost, and scope, while driving continuous improvement in development processes and cross-functional collaboration.”
Your Deliverables Will Include
Coordinate and oversee project execution to ensure delivery within established timelines and objectives.
Define and standardize project management processes by implementing methodologies and tools that ensure consistency, visibility, and control.
Monitor project progress and performance through executive reports, dashboards, and tracking metrics.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, anticipating deviations and coordinating their resolution.
Foster cross-department collaboration and communication through status meetings and retrospectives.
Promote continuous improvement by analyzing post-project results and proposing corrective actions.
Our Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
6 to 10 years of experience in project or program management within digital, technology, or e-commerce environments.
Proven experience coordinating multiple simultaneous initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management practices, as well as executive reporting and dashboard creation (Power BI, Excel).
Strong Communication Skills And Leadership Abilities.
