Job Title: Avionics Technician

We are hiring immediately for full-time Avionics Technician in our Service Center. This position comes with an added benefit of a shift differential.
What You’ll Do In this role, you can expect to diagnose routine electrical issues, perform minor repairs, and install avionics components that keep aircraft systems running smoothly. You’ll work with experienced technicians and gain hands-on exposure to advanced avionics technology. - Analyze Electrical Malfunctions: Diagnose routine issues using standard shop practices and tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and continuity lights
- Perform Minor Repairs: Replace wires, connectors, and standard electrical components to restore functionality
- Assist with Complex Repairs: Support senior technicians in troubleshooting and repairing more complicated malfunctions
- Install Components: Install electrical and electronic parts as directed to meet operational requirements
- Follow Technical Guidance: Work under supervision and adhere to established procedures and safety standards
What you need to be successful: - High school diploma, equivalent certificate, or bronze-level WorkKeys certification; ability to interpret assembly blueprints and apply shop math
- Minimum 3 months of electrical assembly or installation experience; basic understanding of shop electrical principles
- Familiarity with standard test equipment and ability to follow technical instructions accurately
