Lead Procurement Manager - Third Party Risk Management/Supplier Management
It’s official – easyJet is one of the best places to work in the UK! We are among the winners of the annual Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards, a list of the UK’s Top 50 Best Places to Work 2024. You can be a part of it too, our Finance and Treasury teams are detail-focused problem-solvers who handle billions worth of assets and keep us on track for further growth. You’ll play an essential role in maintaining the balance between ‘service’ and ‘cost’ that makes travelling with us both accessible and enjoyable.
In this brand-new role at easyJet, you will come in to architect and deliver our Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) strategy from scratch. As the TPRM Lead, you’ll be responsible for developing models, templates, and processes to guide the business from a risk-focused perspective. With legislation increasingly impacting third-party management, Supplier Managers will be accountable for ensuring their vendors are compliant, and you’ll ensure they receive the necessary training and support. You will build the entire TPRM programme from the ground up, implementing it across easyJet and working with key stakeholders such as Audit, Legal, and Sustainability. In this fast-paced environment, no two days are the same—you’ll engage with all areas of the business, from creating a centralised system to oversee third-party risks, to rolling out the tools and technology needed to monitor, report, and mitigate those risks.
What makes this role exciting is the opportunity to lead the development of a strategy that ensures easyJet stays ahead of regulatory changes, while supporting Supplier Managers in understanding and managing risks effectively. For someone passionate about third-party risk and supplier management, this role offers the chance to take ownership, make an impact, and shape best practices within a dynamic, busy airline. Day-to-day, you’ll be working closely with the supplier management community and other stakeholders across the business, leveraging TPRM technology and guiding teams to implement the framework effectively. If you enjoy a challenge and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity to make a meaningful difference at easyJet.
We asked our Finance Graduate in the team why would someone want to do this job at easyJet;
"Working within the continuous improvement team is rewarding, being able to directly influence change at all levels of the business. We get to be involved in high level business such as reporting on ESG or being involved in cutting edge work like how AI can streamline tedious business processes."
