This newly created position is crucial for enhancing our financial planning and analysis capabilities, focusing on data automation, visualisation, and consolidation.
Job Summary
As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering a step change in our financial processes. You will provide high-quality, first-time accurate financial outputs, collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, and drive disciplined, deliberate, and optimised financial processes to support informed decision-making and enhance overall performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead financial consolidation across departments, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Develop and harmonise volume, mix, and price analysis by systematising processes to reduce manual effort.
- Design and deliver advanced data visualisations and dynamic dashboards.
- Provide forward-looking financial analysis that supports strategic decision-making.
- Drive process improvements and develop advanced data automation processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate financial and operational data, enhancing performance and ensuring a single source of truth in financial reporting.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
- Proven experience in FP&A, financial consolidation, and process improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined, deliberate approach to work.
- Advanced skills in data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and financial modelling.
- Proficiency in automating financial data processes using tools like Excel and Planning Analytics (PA).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a forward-thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience in managing or leading change initiatives, particularly in financial processes or operational improvements.
- Experience in ERP systems and a strong aptitude for leveraging technology to enhance financial processes.
