How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities)
As an ACS Product Analyst supporting Above and Below Wing during a very busy summer operations season, you will play a role in shaping the future of products and experiences within the tools and technology team supporting the 38,000 employees in our airports and enabling the millions of customers whom we serve.
The role will be partnered with Product Owners, Product Managers and other Stakeholders including airport agents and others to help to continue to shape product roadmaps and execute against their development.
Stakeholder Engagement
Activities will include but will not be limited to:
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, share updates, and track feedback. Support communication efforts to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.
- Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders and IT where necessary to ensure alignment during product development process.
Support Product Vision Through The Execution Of
- Primary research including focus groups to understand and forecast product usage and customer/agent behavior
- Process and journey mapping including documentation
- Value stream analysis
- Participate in airport visits
- Work directly with agent/employee tools and technology to identify opportunities for improvement
- Product Reporting and analysis including forecasting and estimating
- Contribute to product rollout and implementation strategies including internal marketing and communication
- Build test cases
What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- Must be currently enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university
- Qualifications Seeking students matriculate in: Business, Data Analysis, Decision Sciences, Information Systems, Computer Information Systems.
- Knowledge of Office Suite of Products is expected
