Position Summary:
The Program Manager serves as a frontline technical-commercial integrator, responsible for coordinating NPI, POC to Mass Production (MP) programs across internal FCG divisions and AP engineering teams, while working closely with CSPs, OEMs, ODMs, and SIs.
This role represents Operations, Engineering, and Manufacturing at the customer interface, ensuring alignment across global and regional. It operates at the intersection of customer technical engagement, internal engineering coordination, supply execution, and program governance to ensure Parker solutions are specified early, validated correctly, and industrialized efficiently across a geographically distributed manufacturing network.
Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
Reporting to Business Development Manager, AP FCG Group. This role works closely with FCG divisions (Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Quality) and the AP Sales Companies, application engineering teams, as well as CSP, OEM, ODM, and SI customers, acting as the single coordination point for cross-division technical programs related to data center liquid cooling.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer, R&D and Category-Level Engagement
Interface with CSP, OEM, ODM, and SI customers within the Data Center Liquid Cooling ecosystem - With strong Focus on CSP and ODM
Lead early-stage engagement covering thermal system architecture, solution definition, specification alignment, and qualification planning.
Establish close and engaging working relationships with customer R&D teams and Category / Commodity Managers to understand:
- Technology roadmaps
- Qualification requirements
- Platform timing and ramp expectations
Engage closely with thermal system vendors headquartered in Taiwan to ensure execution readiness, technical alignment, and scalable deployment.
Translate customer technical, operational, and supply expectations into structured internal execution plans.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance responsiveness, scalability, and supply assurance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials, or related field), Master’s degree is a plus
4–6 years of experience in:
Technical program management
Engineering-led business development
NPI / manufacturing / solution deployment environments
Experience in Data Center infrastructure, cooling, thermal management, or high-density computing strongly preferred
Solid understanding of:
Cross-functional project governance
Customer qualification and validation processes
Global manufacturing coordination
Proven excellent communication and influencing skills including across different cultures and countries and within a complex matrix organization.
Pro-active, can-do-attitude with a positive mindset and self-motivated.
Strong strategic and analytical skills.
Strong problem-solving skill.
Willingness to travel as needed
