Requirements
- 2years Customer Service Experience in a Contact Centre and/or High-End Retail
- Grade 12/Matric /National Senior Certificate with passed subjects Mathematics; Geography and Tourism at a level 4 aggregate and/or Diploma in Tourism
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
- Proven customer service and sales skills.
- Good understanding of computer system and standard software.
- Availability and ability to work rotating shifts and public holidays.
