About the role
As a Network Strategy and Performance Analyst, you will support fleet planning and help align commercial and operational teams to ensure efficient and profitable operations. You'll conduct analyses to optimize aircraft utilization and operational efficiency, contributing to the company's profitability. You'll automate and develop processes aligned with a culture of efficiency across various teams to help the company anticipate, identify, and act on opportunities to improve planning.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the execution and evaluation of network strategy and market positioning.
- Support fleet planning and the alignment of commercial and operations teams to ensure efficient and profitable operations.
- Conduct analyses and identify opportunities that generate value for the company.
- Support and perform analyses to evaluate fleet utilization performance and company capacity.
- Automate and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop executive presentations to communicate with stakeholders key messages related to strategy and its execution.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelors degree in engineering, administration or economics.
- Advanced conversational english.
- Proficient or advanced Excel.
- One year of experience in either commercial planning, financial planning or business consulting.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- SQL is a plus.
