The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Experienced Financial Analyst to join the Boeing Defense Systems Finance and Business Unit Integration team out of Ogden, Utah.
This is a critical and high-visibility finance and business unit integration role that will support the Strategic Deterrence Systems (SDS) programs. The selected candidate will be interacting and engaging with various senior leadership as well as the customer. This role will be a finance integration role ensuring alignment of program execution to the financial planning and analysis profitability and target metrics. You will be responsible for Cost Scheduling Planning and Reporting (CSPR) as well as external Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs) reporting and spend plans (labor and material). Our ideal candidate will possess experience reporting cost and financial metrics and analysis both internally with leadership and externally with customers.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develops resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools; financial EACs for contracts or programs
- Initiates analysis of: resource forecasts and/or control account EACs; financial EACs
- Compiles data from multiple sources and develops performance reports
- Initiates variance analyses and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to management
- Makes recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
- Develops, reviews, analyzes and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends
- Develops business cases using appropriate indices
- Initiates and completes the monthly estimate to complete (ETC) estimate at completion (EAC), baselining new efforts, baseline management and maintenance of the program logs for baseline changes, undistributed budget and management reserve logs
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Experience in a multi-disciplined government contracts environment
- Experience in aerospace finance
- Experience with SAP Finance and Accounting
- Experience using COBRA
- Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
- Experience in a finance related position (including but not limited to) Estimating, Financial Operations, Revenue Management, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)
- Experience preparing and leading the completion of CDRLs (Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR), Contract Performance Report (CPR), Contract Funds Status Report (CFSR), etc.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience in incrementally funded programs and maintaining funding logs, tracking billing schedule/invoicing to receipts vs expenditures for earnings and cash monitoring
- Ability to interface, brief and engage internally and externally with both the program across functional teams and the various customers
- Ability to conduct weekly and monthly financial reviews with the programs to ensure cost and schedule alignment and the measurement of the performance measurement baseline

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $90,950 – $123,050
