Supply Chain Intern

Duration: 2 months, 40 hours a week
Lockheed Martin is looking for ambitious and hardworking interns to work on several exciting projects at our office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The internship is planned to be in person and virtual. The intern will report to the manager of the Lockheed Martin KSA but will also take tasking directions from Lockheed Martin mentors in KSA and the United States.
Role Responsibilities:
- Help execute and develop processes and strategy improvements across multiple procurement, supply chain and operations disciplines to include Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement Optimization, Reverse Logistics, Continuous Process Improvement, and Supply Chain Risk Management
- Support service delivery and/or software implementation projects within the supply chain continuum
- Develop and sustain relationships with local suppliers and identify opportunities to provide additional services
- Contribute to design, preparation and analysis of reports and findings in a clear, logical and concise manner
- Help with the Suppliers Onboarding process to become part of Lockheed Martin Supply Chain System
- Help managing the logistic Operation
- Participate in project management activities, including documentation, scheduling, and stakeholder communication
- Provide support to the team in various projects
- Gain an understanding of the company and core values
- Learn about the various functions and roles within the corporation
- Work with team members to accomplish function specific tasks and meet project deadlines

Required skills, qualifications and experience:
- KSA National studying in the KSA universities
- Enrolled in a University in the KSA (or recently graduated)
- Familiar with the supply chain
- Junior, senior, graduate student, or recent graduate in Business or Supply Chain
