Join us as the key operator of FAMOS - our core system for real estate, space, and facility management. You’ll drive its development, ensure data quality, and keep the interfaces and processes that power our portfolio running smoothly.
Tasks
- Assist for the colleague in the senior role in developing CAFM software "FAMOS" for the LH Group (Germany-wide & globally), take responsibility for provision and ensure administration, drive forward introduction across the group; exercise process authority related to the tool across the group
- Participating in projects for group-wide development, customization, and implementation of software modules, supporting the colleague in the senior role
- Participate in and later re-design, implement, and conduct training courses and coordinate training for the CAFM software "FAMOS"
- Provide property-specific data from the CAFM system for strategic decisions and operational processes & optimizations
- Perform/initiate mass corrections/adjustments (on the system side) of real estate-specific data; perform plausibility checks for quality assurance purposes
- Assist in managing projects (e.g., IT-related to real estate management; waste disposal software)

Requirements
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in business informatics/computer sciences or comparable
- Min 2 years of professional experience in similar area
- Excellent knowledge of English (both oral and written)
- German language skills - minimum B1
- Interested in IT-related projects
- Efficient troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent PC skills (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Good functional and technical knowledge of IT systems
- Knowledge of IT Security and Compliance requirements
- Ability to easily communicate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical prospects (verbal and written format)
- Understanding of SaaS concept
- Understanding of cloud architecture
- Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in intercultural environment
