Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior HR Business Partner experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-impact HR projects or work streams, meeting all deadlines while maintaining service quality in a rapidly changing environment
- Direct experience managing employee relations issues, including disciplinary process and investigations with the ability to maintain company and employee confidentiality and handle sensitive proprietary information in an appropriate manner
- Documented success managing projects and producing measurable outcomes
Job Description
THE WORK
This is a HRBP role providing strategic HR support to the F-35 Global Sustainment Function within the Rotary and Mission System’s Training and Logistics Solutions (TLS) line of business. This lead HRBP will provide direct support to the Director of TLS Global Sustainment in addition to providing support to approximately 600 geographically dispersed employees across the world. The chosen candidate will be able to positively influence and impact the organization by building strong relationships and offering innovative solutions. With a comprehensive understanding of the business strategy and the RMS Culture of Accountability, this position will assist in shaping HR solutions to fit business needs.
The role is located in Orlando, FL.
The candidate will be responsible for organizational strategy, change management, talent management, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and/or training and development, leadership coaching, international deployments, employee relations issues, Service Contract Act (SCA) administration, EEO, employee engagement and retention, investigations, and delivery of HR Programs.
This position is a key link to leverage centers of excellence and other functions needed to support the assigned client base with seamless integration of HR services.
You are a self-starter with the ability to exercise strong influencing and decision making skills as well as a good communicator who shares knowledge and best practices to drive organizational efficiency and integration.
You are able to effectively build relationships and interact with executive leadership. There will be other special projects assigned as required. Travel for the position will vary but will be approximately ~10%.

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
