About The Role
Are you an experienced procurement leader with deep expertise in technology sourcing, commercial negotiations, and supplier management?
We are looking for a technical professional to lead the digital procurement function, ensuring the timely, reliable and cost-effective sourcing of technology solutions that support the airline’s growth and digital transformation.
In this role, you will develop and execute IT procurement strategies aligned with corporate objectives, consolidating spend, negotiating long-term agreements and building strong supplier partnerships that deliver value, compliance and supply continuity.
You will also lead a high-performing procurement team, driving capability development, performance management and the adoption of digital procurement tools and analytics to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
You will partner closely with IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to anticipate technology needs, support digital‑transformation priorities, and ensure procurement decisions are aligned with the airline’s enterprise architecture and long‑term roadmaps.
You will oversee supplier segmentation, market analysis, and contract governance while mitigating risks related to vendor dependencies, data privacy, and service continuity.
You will also drive strong supplier performance, support budgeting and financial planning, and maintain audit‑ready procurement documentation to ensure transparency and compliance across the IT procurement lifecycle.

About You
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 10 years in IT procurement, technology sourcing, or category management, with proven leadership experience in complex, fast‑paced environments.
You are expected to bring expert‑level capability in contract management, advanced negotiation, procurement systems, and global technology sourcing combined with strong experience negotiating high‑value IT contracts across software, SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity, managed services, and mission‑critical airline systems.
