JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Summary
To lead repair management with excellence and provide guidance to the team on repair management and related matters. To act as role model for repair management and provide mentorship when needed. Support activities regarding customer issues involving reverse logistics, repair exchange, parts repair, purchase orders creation, warranty technical evaluation and analysis.
Main Responsibilities
- Key driver of Repair TAT performance and participate in customers performance review as required
- Implement and control the activities and processes regarding, reverse logistics, repair exchange with repair vendors
- Work with repair vendors for quote analysis, approval, repair purchase orders processing and be able to execute according to Master Services Agreement with suppliers
- Help Finance team with any payment issues from suppliers and supports Pool fees billing where appropriate
- Act as interface with Pool team, operators / repair facilities, other company units, and suppliers
- Perform operational activities such as system receiving and initiating shipments of parts, preparing spreadsheets/ graphics/ reports, control and monitor warranty terms on spare parts, prepares and follows-up in customer quotations, etc
- Drive customer pool upgrade/ retrofit campaigns
- Monitor open repair orders with suppliers and follow-up closely to ensure that they are returned within the acceptable turn-around-time
- Conduct quality management through shelf life management and follow up on development of technical analysis and investigation related to damage parts
- Discuss customer problems and provide resolutions with management
- Ensure compliance to documentation process and archival of repair reports
- Identify opportunities for optimisation, rationalisation and modernisation of operational processes and activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
Experience
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience
- Has solid knowledge of repair and warranty process in the aerospace environment
Personal and behavioural requirements
- Team player, diligent and conscientious in maintaining proper filing of all records
Languages required
IT Skills
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP
