Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to enhance the companys brand image and reputation
- Create and manage internal and external communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, and social media content
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company goals
- Manage crisis communication and media relations activities
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6+ years of experience
- Expert with comprehensive knowledge in a specific area or leadership position
- Works under minimal supervision
- Provide guidance and coaching to direct and/or indirect reports
- Lead project teams within the business
- Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms
