Job Description
You will be a Global Supply Chain Senior Manager within the Hypersonic and Strike Systems Team. Our team is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive supply chain strategies to support the development and production of the Hypersonic and Strike Systems programs, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Global Supply Chain Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of supply chain professionals in the daily execution of development and production work scope on the LRASM Program. You will drive the development and implementation of subcontract management strategies, ensuring alignment with program objectives and goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing subcontract management strategies
- Representing the Global Supply Chain team in proposal meetings and management reviews
- Leading Supply Chain Management at Financial reviews
- Assigning and managing team workload to meet cost and schedule objectives
- Coaching and mentoring Supply Chain Managers to ensure successful execution of the program
- Supporting Program Managers in program execution and resolving escalation issues with suppliers

Desired Skills
